Recent studies over rising obesity during the Covid Pandemic show that 35% of people in 16 states are obese. From the beginning of 2020 to the beginning of 2021, that is an increase in 4 different states. With new mandates taking place and people not leaving their homes as often, many people could not make it to a gym to exercise.

This made us think about ways that we could reach people in their homes without meeting in person. Our company has decided to begin giving at home workouts with tutorials to help everyone do their exercises correctly. While this sounds great, we may still need some type of equipment for our customers to have at home for access to a wide variety of exercises. After doing some brainstorming we are giving you a list of important equipment for your at home workout routines.

Each piece of exercise equipment listed has numerous purposes and are all relatively affordable. While these are not required for all of our routines, some will involve these different equipment pieces.

We obviously would love to promote our workouts, but there are obvious exercises anyone can do such as hiking, running, walking, and biking. These are all fantastic ways to keep your body moving and healthy. You can burn hundreds of calories just by simply walking a few miles every day. This requires no equipment, but we do recommend proper shoes just to save you from any possible pain later on.
